Pink & red

This sweater is hands down the SOFTEST I have ever owned. And I know that it’s practically summertime and this just may be out of place altogether, but I wanted to share this post because I didn’t want it to go to waste LOL! Plus, wherever you live, I’m sure there are a few summer nights when you need a longer sleeve something in an evening when the temperature drops…

When I got this sweater, it was already almost sold out at that time and frankly I think it even came back in stock for a hot second and I was able to get it. In a bigger size mind you. Once I got it, I knew I would prefer a size smaller, but that smaller size wasn’t even in stock anymore. But, in the grand scheme of things, do I hate it slightly bigger? Absolutely not! I love loose fitting clothing and such would be true here, except for the little fact that I can’t roll up my sleeves with this sweater haha, they keep falling down. Whereas a size smaller might have allowed me to do that LOL. Just the tiniest complaint there…

Anyways… I particularly love the combination of red and pink together. Whether within a single garment or in an outfit, period. Here, the red trim just captured my heart!

We took these photos when I was still coloring my hair gray this past winter/ early spring. FYI on that, that if you’re looking for THE best coloring pro in town, you have to go to Smith & Davis Salon in Chicago!

Wearing: Anthropologie sweater (sold out, similar pink and red sweater here and here); Anine Bing gray jeans (old, similar here and here); Target peep toe booties (sold out, similar here).
