You might have seen this coat before because I posted it quite a bit on my blog and Instagram. I really love that the coat is quite classic and timeless (column silhouette and camel color) but with the addition of navy blue and white color blocks, it becomes that unique piece that is very special.
Option one above: First outfit you see is the simplest version of the three versions you see here – just a pair of skinny jeans and comfy sneakers, but the red headband adds that extra pop of color and it is my favorite pops of color of all time – red.
Option two above: I played with textures and added a velvet floral pattern bootie. Love how the eye travels all the way down to the bottom to notice these fun booties! The length of the jeans (cut these to this length myself) is perfect for the boots because the hem ends just at that perfect spot just above the boots. How simple and yet not so simple this look is? I only really changed the jeans and shoes but because the shoes are quite interesting, the whole outfit feels so much different than the first one.
Option three above: again, a different pair of jeans (these are my favorite!) and I added colorful socks in much different colors than the coat. If you heard ‘put the yellow and burgundy socks together with a camel and navy coat’, you may think ‘what?’ haha and I get it! But I think this works here; the colors don’t fight each other and I really like how this outfit turned out.
