Tortoise shell is one of my favorite ‘patterns’ (if we can call it that!) ever! Love tortoise shell eyewear frames, earrings and anything that comes in that ‘pattern’ (check out these favorite glasses of mine in tortoise shell). My hair clips are so affordable and think about how they are this super easy hair accessory that will literally transform any outfit (and of course any hairstyle!). Not to mention that hair clips are super on trend right now… but regardless of the fact if they are trendy or not… sometimes you need a little hair accessory when you need to change things up or simply need to pull hair away from your face when it bothers you (a great alternative to pulling hair into a ponytail in this situation)!
My snakeskin pattern slides are the FIRST item in my closet in that pattern. How is that even possible?? I think I actually like snakeskin pattern more than leopard print and how is it that I never really owned anything in snakeskin before? LOL! But not to worry… these Target slides are to-freaking-die-for! Love the comfortable low heel and they add so much drama here and to any (even the most simple) look! Mixing patterns seems to grow on me more and more and I am excited where this newfound interest may take me!
Wearing: Asos tortoise hair clips (two for $13!); Target ‘Who What Wear’ snakeskin print slides; Asos skirt (identical here); Urban Outfitters windbreaker jacket (similar here): Botkier bag (almost identical here).
